Old House Renovation  – [旧屋翻新])

We transformed this 20-year-old triple-storey terrace in Desa Park City into a Muji-inspired minimalist home for a family of four.
The front extension expands the living space and refreshes the façade with a sleek, modern look. A once-outdoor courtyard is now a bright indoor sanctuary with a skylight—ideal as a play area or reading nook.
At the back, the extended dry and wet kitchen offers ample space for cooking and gathering. A calm palette of white, grey, beige, and warm wood flows throughout, creating a serene and timeless atmosphere.
